Audrey was inspired to create a platform for parents of troubled teens by her personal life experiences that lead her to pursue a career in psychology. She obtained a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a focus on developmental at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Audrey sharpened the skills needed to help her teenager overcome mental health obstacles and contribute to her community. It is through her experience as a teenager and as a mother of a teenager that she began developing a tool that would help other parents experiencing similar situations with their teenagers and mental health.
After receiving a master’s, Audrey expanded her knowledge and began focusing on life coaching for the youth. She started sharing her knowledge through her community as a teacher and social platforms for the sole benefit of helping troubled teens.
Today, Audreyian Slip offers mental health coaching for teens who are facing mental health challenges like social anxiety, depression, self-esteem, just to name a few. The main goal is to help teenager overcome obstacles that might be impeding them from seeing their true potential. Most importantly, strengthen their mental fitness so their relationship with themselves and others proper.
